From idea to finished book in three weeks.

I help experts turn their knowledge into published nonfiction, with an AI-powered pipeline and human editing at every stage.

I'm Dennis Steinberg. Author, book producer, and the person who'll edit every chapter of your book. I built a production pipeline with 8 specialized AI agents, but the final quality gate is always human: me.

How we get your book done

Seven steps. Three weeks. One finished manuscript.

  1. 1

    You describe your idea

Send me your book idea in a few sentences. I'll send you a free chapter-by-chapter concept within 48 hours. No call required at this stage.

  2. 2

    You review the concept

You get a full chapter outline with structure, scope, and audience. If you like it and want to move forward, we schedule the 90-minute briefing call to go deeper.

  3. 3

    We go deeper

90-minute briefing call. Now that you've seen the concept, we refine it together. Your perspective, your examples, your opinions. Nothing moves to production without your sign-off.

  4. 4

    I produce

My pipeline generates drafts through multiple specialized AI agents. Every chapter goes through fact-checking, readability testing, and prose polishing.

  5. 5

    I edit

Every chapter gets a personal read and rewrite from me. This is where the book stops sounding like software and starts sounding like you.

  6. 6

    You review

You get the full manuscript. Read it, mark what needs changing. One to two revision rounds are included.

  7. 7

    You publish

You receive the finished manuscript as Markdown, DOCX, EPUB, or Leanpub-ready. Whatever format you need to hit publish.

My book. Same process as yours.

The OpenClaw Playbook is a nonfiction book I wrote using the same production pipeline I use for client projects. Same agents, same quality gates, same human editing. It's not a demo. It's a real book, currently publishing on Leanpub.

24 chapters · 4 parts · produced with the same process described above

Questions you're probably asking

  • What's included in the free book concept?

A chapter-by-chapter outline with working titles, a one-paragraph description of each chapter's core idea, a recommended scope (word count, number of chapters), and my honest assessment of whether the book works as a concept. It's not a generic template. It's built from what you tell me about your idea. If you decide to go ahead, the concept becomes Step 2 of the production process. If not, you keep it and owe me nothing.

  • Does this just sound like ChatGPT?

No. Eight specialized agents handle different jobs: briefing, drafting, fact-checking, readability, polishing. Every chapter passes a 35-point quality review before I read it. Then I edit it myself. Eight quality gates and a human editor stand between the first draft and what you receive.

  • Who owns the copyright?

You do. 100%. I'm a ghostwriter. Your name goes on the cover, and the rights are yours.

  • What if I don't like the writing style?

You see the book concept and chapter plans before full production starts. You approve every step. Revision rounds are included in every package, and we adjust until it sounds right.

  • How personal will the book feel?

The 90-minute briefing is the key. Through that conversation, I learn how you think, what matters to you, and what makes your perspective different. The AI produces the draft structure, but your point of view carries the book.

  • What do I need to provide?

90 minutes of your time for the briefing call. After that: feedback on the concept and the manuscript. No writing required on your end.

  • Can I see a sample before committing?

Yes. The OpenClaw Playbook was produced with this exact pipeline. You can read it and judge for yourself.
